Rubrics Discussion, A Place to Discuss Best Practices for Legal Education
As law professors strive to provide more formative assessment and more meaningful evaluation of student performance, rubrics have become a hallmark of good assessment practices. They provide clear direction for students and a more focused classroom experience. After their presentation at the Teaching and Learning Conference, four law professors have created a web page dedicated solely to discussion about rubrics. The professors encourage other professors to post their rubrics, along with discussion about the positives and negatives of their particular rubric.
